Longwood's Bill Stuart comments on Tiger Woods' apology for the Richmond Times-Dispatch

Longwood's Bill Stuart, associate professor of communication studies, was quoted in Saturday's Richmond Times-Dispatch (2.20.10) in a front page story about Tiger Woods' television apology.  The story, "Woods' apology praised, panned," was written by Chris Young.
