Longwood mentioned briefly in Richmond Times-Dispatch article about school policies on alcohol-related offenses

Longwood University's parental notification policy on alcohol-related offenses is mentioned briefly in a story in today's Richmond Times-Dispatch (Thursday 19 August 2010).  The article, "JMU president seeks to change 'negative alcohol culture,'" is an initiative that came in the wake of an off-campus JMU Springfest gathering in April that resulted in more than 30 arrests and 42 injuries.
