Longwood’s Bill Baxter was quoted in Richmond Times-Dispatch story about "Black Saturday"

Longwood's Bill Baxter, director of the McGaughy Internship & Professional Development Center in the College of Business and Economics, was quoted in a story in the Nov. 25 edition of the Richmond Times-Dispatch.   The story, "Small businesses tout benefits of Black Saturday," was written by Louis Llovio.
