Boston University scholar to address international sustainability issues
March 4, 2009
Henrik Selin, director of graduate studies in the Department of International Relations at Boston University, will address "Sustainability and International Cooperation on Environmental Issues" on Tuesday, March 24, at 7 p.m. in Wygal Hall's Molnar Recital Hall. The program is part of the Globalization and Sustainability portion of Longwood's Diversity Days, sponsored by the Office of Multicultural Affairs and International Student Services.
At Boston University Dr. Selin conducts research and teaches classes on global and regional politics and policymaking on environment and sustainable development. He is the co-editor of two forthcoming books: Changing Climates in North American Politics: Institutions, Policy Making and Multilevel Governance and Transatlantic Environment and Energy Politics: Comparative and International Perspectives. He is also the author and co-author of numerous peer reviewed journal articles and book chapters.
