President Finnegan to speak at Hampden-Sydney College Military Symposium

Brig. Gen. Patrick Finnegan, U.S. Army retired, will be the keynote speaker in the Geneva Conventions and Asymmetric Warfare symposium this Thursday, April 14, at 4 p.m. in Crawley Forum on the campus of Hampden-Sydney College. President Finnegan's address is titled "Torture, the Rule of Law, and the Military." The symposium, sponsored by the Wilson Center for Leadership, is free and open to the public.
