Longwood Professor's research on congressional elections in Washington Post

Longwood University professor Scott Wentland's paper advocating randomly assigned legislators from congressional districts was covered in the October 19 edition of The Washington Post in the article "Would Congress work better if legislators were randomly assigned?" Wentland says a randomized system would force legislators to consider interests beyond those of individual districts.
