Prior to joining Saint Gertrude, Lynch worked 20 years at Virginia Tech, most recently as director of special initiatives in the Office of the Dean at the Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine. A 1987 graduate of Longwood, she was appointed to the Board of Visitors in 2010.

A graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, White served 21 years in the Army, rising to the rank of lieutenant colonel. He joined the Board of Visitors in 2010.

Longwood graduate Stephen Mobley '93 is program manager for Discovery Logic, a Rockville, Md., research and software engineering firm that consults with government, academia and private industry.
