How do I contact ITS?
The quickest way to contact us is through User Support Services. Their phone number is 434.395.4357 (H-E-L-P). The User Support Services staff will place a work order for you to the appropriate area of ITS. That work order is logged into the IITS work order system and picked up by an ITS staff member who will then call you. If you wish to speak directly with an ITS staff member, the User Support Services staff can page us.
What can ITS do for me?
ITS is here to help you with academic needs (software and hardware) in the computer labs, with satellite downlinks, distance education class schedules and facilities, and faculty and staff training in technology. In addition, our Multimedia Services can assist with video production, sound production, web production and satellite transmissions.
What facilities are available through ITS
ITS operated 11 academic computing labs, a faculty/staff training lab, a faculty/staff technology center, multimedia services, and the University radio station, WMLU.
What are your working hours?
We are open Monday-Friday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. The academic computing labs are open seven days a week. The University radio station is on the air seven days a week.
