Longwood's Resident Technology Assistant (RTA) program featured in the Chronicle of Higher Education

Longwood's Resident Technology Assistant (RTA) program is featured in the May 8 edition of the Chronicle of Higher Education (page A22). The story, "Longwood U. Puts Students' Tech Savvy to Work," is part of a larger feature on cost-saving measures at colleges and universities.
The story, written by Stephen Bushong, quotes Dr. Frank Moore, vice president for information and instructional technology services; Kim Redford, director of user support services; and Longwood student and RTA Brian Giardini.
