Several Longwood faculty, staff and students are involved in the Waterworks Players' production of Brigadoon, which will be presented May 22-23 and 29-30 at 8 p.m. Matt Spalding (Conferences and Scheduling) is playing Mr. McClaren, Brenda Barringer (Capital Planning & Construction), is playing Fiona McClaren and is the cast music director, current student Colin Lee is playing Angus McGuffie, and fellow student Bryan Axson is playing Harry Beaton. The band includes three other Longwood students - Max Doss (bass), Holly Phelps (clarinet), and H.B. Wilmouth (saxophone) - as well as the Music Department staff accompanist, Carole Harper, on piano.
