How to sign up for a Program
Come to the campus recreation office in the Health and Wellness Center 9AM-5PM, Monday - Friday to pay for the trip. Campus Recreation accepts checks or cash. All trips have a sign up deadline and a pre-trip meeting. These meetings are arranged by the trip leaders and are typically scheduled a few days before the activity. Refunds are available for cancellations if 5 days notice is provided to the Campus Recreation or Longwood Outdoors Office or for cancellations due to inclement weather or poor attendance. Trip fees may also be transferred if 24 hours notice is given by the participant to the Office of Campus Recreation.
