Work Orders
This site allows you to request support for systems maintained by Longwood's Information Systems & Computer Engineering department. If you need support for your LancerNet account and password, desktop support or email account support please contact User Support Services at 395-HELP or visit the Help Desk web site.
NEW! We are implementing a new system called c.Support to help facilitate the work order process. Some of the features of the new system are:
- New web interface for viewing the status of all your open work orders as well as your work order history
- Automatic status emails to confirm that your work order was received and to notify you when your work order is completed
- Built in knowledge base to assist in problem resolution
