Text Box: Longwood University is pleased to offer a one-for-one exchange program with the Advancia business school in Paris. Advancia ’s curriculum is  easily accessible to English speakers and is focused around business entrepreneurship and management. Advancia is located on the south bank of the Seine River, in the heart of the Montparnasse district. The area is safe, convenient for transports and well-known for its restaurants, cinemas, and small shops.

Text Box: Eligible students must apply to the Longwood  study abroad program using forms available in the Office of International Affairs (Ruffner 146). The deadline for Fall Semester is March 1 and for spring semester, October 1.    

Text Box: The program is open to qualified  business majors.  To be admitted to the program students must have a minimum 2.5 GPA or better, and it is highly recommended that they complete French 201 before the semester of study abroad.

Text Box: Students pay regular Longwood tuition and fees, and do not pay any fees to Advancia other than for room and board. Longwood students pay a $250 study abroad administrative fee upon acceptance. Participation in this program will waive the Longwood goal nine requirement.  Scholarships are available.
