Where Can I Study Abroad? Click on a flag below to access information about programs in that country.
In addition to the above, the Office of International Affairs (Ruffner 146) has many catalogs and brochures describing programs abroad. You can choose from semester, year, or shorter programs. You can study abroad in almost any country in the world, unless there is a current US Department of State Travel Warning. Please visit our office to explore the options. Schedule an appointment so that we can spend time helping you. Please call: (434) 395-2172, or e-mail intlstu@longwood.edu. One of the first steps when choosing a program abroad is consulting with your academic advisor in your major. Take the information you have found about your program abroad to your advisor to discuss the courses you will take there and what credit you will receive for them. Follow the checklist for all of the procedures you must follow to arrange your program abroad, and plan to submit your applications well in advance of the deadlines on the checklist. |
