These are Word files; if you are using Internet Explorer, you will access the
word files in Explorer. To return, use your "Back" button.
If you are using Netscape, you may get a box asking if
you want to open the Word file or copy it to a disk. Indicate which one you
would like and click OK. If Word is already open, you may see the
file appear as a Word file on the taskbar at the bottom of your screen
with a strange title, but it will be blinking. Click on that and
it should appear on your screen. If Word is not already open, it
should automatically open and display the file. To return to this page
or to Netscape, close the Word file or use the bottom taskbar.
