Giving to Longwood
Gifts at Work
Every gift at Longwood makes a difference. Read student’s stories to see how their time has been impacted through private gifts.
Annual Giving
Longwood’s Annual Fund is the foundation of our University. Although we are a state funded institution, less than 30% of our yearly budget comes from state funds. The remainder of the support comes from student tuition, as well as gifts from alumni, parents, friends, corporations and foundations. We rely on support of our dedicated friends to ensure the continued successes of Longwood and our future citizen leaders.
Major, Planned & Endowed Giving
Making a planned gift to Longwood University is one of the best ways to leave a legacy and ensure Longwood's tradition of preparing citizen leaders to make a difference will continue for many years to come. A planned gift is one of the most personal forms of philanthropy, and it requires one to think about the legacy they wish to leave to their family, community, and organizations they support.
Corporate & Foundation Giving
As part of the division of University Advancement, the Office of Corporate and Foundation Relations works with University faculty members and administrators, and with corporations and foundations in support of the University’s academic initiatives, programs, and institutional priorities.
Every Gift Counts
No matter how much you choose to give this year, you can be confident that your gift will make a difference.
Every gift counts – make yours today.
