The Senior Class Council has been working very hard to create so many events. We are not only planning an amazing Senior Week, but we are hoping to put on many events throughout the year before May arrives. We want to make this year the best that it can be! We hope to offer many fun nights all over Farmville and raise money not only for the class but Senior Challenge as well. Our goal is to raise $2010 to give back to the University we love! After years of pulling all-nighters, we've finally made it to our senior year and graduation is just around the corner. As we prepare to end our time at Longwood and embark on the rest of our lives, now is the time to learn about what being an alumni is all about. It is also our time to thank Longwood for the friends we’ve made and the knowledge we’ve gained. Now is the time to thank President Cormier for the passion she has given to this university and for believing in Longwood, in every one of us. By participating in the Senior Challenge, you are continuing the LU tradition of a senior’s first gift back to Longwood, in honor of your graduating year. This year, not only will the Class of 2010 be leaving Longwood, but President Cormier will also be leaving with us. Let’s make our mark on our alma mater, and make the 2010 Senior Challenge the most successful challenge Longwood has ever seen!
