President’s Report – Erica Howell

Minutes Approval for November Special Meeting – Approve

McKenzie Harry – New SGA President will join us in the next meeting

Alumni Awards Report – Kathy Fox

Awards will be Friday June 3, 2022 5:30pm – 8:30pm
All 2020 and 2021 Recipients are invited

Alumni Events Report – Eboni Lee

Recruitment Fair was well attended and great connections made around the fair
Special thanks to Heather, Harron, Eboni, Paige and Linda

Career Engagement – Byron Bracey

Byron is rotating off in June 2022. If anyone is interested in heading C.E., please reach out to Erica or Chris T.

Board Relations/Vice President’s Report – Chris Tunstall

Charlaine Hirst has resigned from the Board
New Nominees for the Alumni Board

Lucas Hobson, Brenda Mitchell and Brandon Bowen – All Approved

Motion by Lynne Chambers to Approve
Seconded by Heather Brown

With new additions, we’ll have board members across 7 decades of Longwood ‘60-‘20

Any future Board Nominees, please send them to Chris Tunstall or Erica Howell
New Board Acclimation – Nicole and her team put together a binder that will be distributed later to new AND current board members

New Business: By Monday April 25, please notify if you have interest as a Committee Chair

Byron with Board Relations and Kathy with Alumni Awards are both stepping down
If interested in helping with Commencement on Saturday, May 21^st, please contact Nicole Perkins
