• Blanket – You will be provided with a fresh linen packet, which includes two sheets, one pillowcase, one bath towel, one wash cloth, one pillow, and one blanket. Each room maintains its own air conditioning controls; however, bringing an extra blanket will offer that additional layer of comfort.
• Personal fan – Just like a blanket will offer you comfort if you get chilly, a fan will help cool you off should you get hot.
• Personal cooler – There will be coolers of ice in the main lobby of every residence hall we are using for the weekend, but those are to simply refill your own personal coolers. Please bring a cooler to hold your beverages of choice.
• Personal care toiletries – We recommend you bring all your basic necessities to campus: shampoo, soap, toothbrush, toothpaste, shaving cream and razor, deodorant, etc. Limited convenience items will be available from the Office of Alumni and Career Services (OACS). The Longwood University Barnes and Noble bookstore and area merchants proudly sell any and every item you may have left behind. Simply speak with a reunion volunteer for directions.
• Bottled water or reusable water bottle – We will have refreshment stations located all over campus during the day and nighttime activities, but having some hydrating drinks in your rooms will be beneficial for you after you head back for the evening.
• Small bills/change – Vending machines are available in every residence hall, and are perfect for that late-night snack or to quench your thirst. Coca-Cola is the official bottler of the Longwood University Lancers.
• Alarm clock – Don’t be late to the exciting programs or delicious meals you’ll enjoy while here. Please bring your own clocks to campus, or set your cell phone alarms.
• Coat/Clothes Hangers – Hangers are not provided in the residence hall rooms. A chest-of-drawers is available for folded clothing in every room.
• Chargers for any devices – Don't forget to keep your electronics charged so you can capture every moment of your weekend.
• When connecting to the internet… – Our wireless network will be available to reunion guests inside the residence halls and around campus. To access the network in a residence hall please use "Shentelwifi." Around the rest of campus, please use "LancerNetVisitor."
Other recommendations…
• Umbrella/poncho – OACS can control many of the variables that define your experience, but unfortunately, the weather isn’t one of them. Longwood is connected by our beautiful, fully open Brock Commons pedestrian plaza, so when traveling across campus without an umbrella you could get wet.

Special accommodations can be made for those in need; please call our Reunion Shuttle and Programming Information Hotline for assistance during the weekend. Contact phone numbers will be provided at check-in.
• Work out clothing – Longwood is proud to feature a state-of-the-art Health and Fitness Center. You have access 10:00 a.m. -2:00 p.m. Friday and Saturday, feel free to utilize this resource!
