OAIR supports the university-wide decision making by functioning as its operational data collector, repository, and dissemination center. OAIR staff makes every effort to respond to your request in a timely manner.

The requests for institutional data not found on the OAIR web site should be submitted to OAIR via the Data Request Form.

Please complete your request (PDF) and then click the Submit button. A box will pop up requesting you to "Please indicate the option which best describes how you send email." Select Desktop Email Application then click OK. An email message will be generated with the PDF attached. Just click Send and the form will be sent to the appropriate personnel. Please do not change the Subject Line.
