1) Who can stay at the Longwood University Bed & Breakfast?
Anyone desiring an upscale accomodation at very reasonable prices.
2) What are the prices?
Bedroom 1 is $95.00 during the week and $115.00 on the weekend. Bedrooms 3, and 5 are $105.00 during the week and $125.00 on the weekend. Bedrooms 2, 4, and 6 are $125.00 during the week and $145.00 on the weekend.
3) What form of payment do you accept?
We are happy to accept cash, check, and Visa/Mastercard. In addition, if you are faculty/staff member at L.U., we are happy to accept a budget code and charge the amount to an internal budget. You choose which is easiest for you.
4) Is there a cancellation fee?
We will accept cancellations 48 hours in advance for no fee charge. Inside of that if we are unable to fill space you will be charged full price.
5) How far in advance do I need to make reservations?
We will accept reservations up to 1 year in advance and are open all year long, with the exception of major holidays. Weekends fill quickly, so plan well in advance for your best chance in getting a weekend reservation.
6) Where exactly is the Bed & Breakfast located?
The Longwood University Bed & Breakfast is located at 608 High Street, only a short walk to campus. A few blocks from Green Front Furniture 5 miles from Hampden-Sydney College.
7) Can I host an event at the Bed & Breakfast
Yes, we provide services for social events and receptions through Aramark or a catering company of your choice. Please call us for availability, pricing and a list of caterers in the area.
8) Are pets allowed?
No. We can offer numbers for local kennels.
