The Longwood Center for Cyber Security provides a partnership between Longwood and the following organizations:

  • Association of Digital Forensics, Security and Law (ADFSL).Founded in 2006 by Dr. Glenn S. Dardick, the ADFSL focuses on the academics and research of digital forensics, security and law. It supports the Journal of Digital Forensics, Security and Law, a list server, and an annual conference.
  • Cyber Security Affiliation. Through its partnerships with the Department of Defense, Centers of Digital Forensics Acedemic Excelence (CDFAE) and the Virginia Department of Education, the Center develops and coordinates programs and curriculum to support interest and education in Cyber Forensics and Cyber Security.
  • Cyber Explorations Digital Forensics Investigation Clubs (CEDFIC). CEDFIC provides an opportunity for High School Students to explore the technical foundations of Cyber Investigations involving computer crime, security incidents, and espionage.

These partnerships ensure that the Longwood Center for Cyber Security and its programs are on the leading edge of Cyber Security and Cyber Forensics knowledge and technologies.
