Policy Regarding Campus Interviews and
Information Sessions with Employers

- If it is necessary to cancel an interview
or information session, please do so
as soon
as possible, but no later than 24 hours in advance. Interview spots are in high demand, and your early
cancellation will give other Longwood students an opportunity
to meet with the employer.
- To cancel an interview or information
session after the sign-up
deadline has passed,
call 434.395.2063 or stop by the Academic & Career Advising Center.
You cannot cancel via e-mail.
- No-Show for an interview or information
session is failure to honor a commitment.
- In the case of a late cancellation or
no-show, you will forfeit your
interviewing privileges until you meet with the Associate Director
of the Academic & Career Advising Center
to have your privilege reinstated. You must also write a Letter of
Apology to the employer and submit a copy of this letter to the
Associate Director of the Academic & Career Advising Center.
