Longwood’s Education Recruitment Day will be held on Friday,
March 5, 2010
in the Dorrill Dining Hall on the Longwood University Campus. You and/or your representative(s) will have the opportunity to meet and interview well-qualified candidates who will be licensed to teach during the 2010-2011 academic year.  These candidates will be available the entire day to interview with you.  The December 2009 graduates, other alumni and education majors from other Virginia colleges will also be invited to participate. 

The day’s schedule is as follows: 

9:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.               Registration/Refreshments/Announcements

10:00 a.m. – 11:15 a.m.              Information Fair

11:30 a.m. – 12:15 p.m.              Individual Interviews

12:15 p.m. – 1:15 p.m.               Lunch

1:15 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.                 Individual Interviews  

Register early–space is limited!  Until your payment is received, space cannot be guaranteed.   There is a non-refundable registration fee for up to two representatives per school division, which will include refreshments, parking and lunch.  Early Bird Registration Fee is $100 through February 5, 2010.  After February 5th, the Registration Fee is $150. Additional representatives will be welcomed at a cost of $20 per person.
