  Academic Programs of Study

Longwood University awards the Bachelor of Arts, the Bachelor of Science, the Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, the Bachelor of Music and the Bachelor of Fine Arts to successful undergraduate students. A minimum of 120 semester hours is required for graduation in each of the programs unless otherwise noted for a major degree program.

In order to earn a degree from Longwood, each student must pursue and complete a concentrated course of study in a major area. These requirements must be met in addition to the completion of the general education and additional degree requirements. At the undergraduate level, Longwood offers majors in 22 fields of study.
