Dr. David Locascio
Dr. David Locascio serves as the Associate Dean of Assessment, Accreditation, and Accountability for the College of Education & Human Services (CEHS), where he is also an Associate Professor of Education. Dr. Locascio has taught at Longwood since 2004, and has served in a variety of leadership positions within the CEHS. He is an experienced secondary history and government teacher who has presented research at numerous national conferences in the areas of history education, geography education, teacher preparation, educational technologies, and gifted education. He holds a Ph.D. in Curriculum & Instruction- Social Studies Education from the University of Virginia.

Assistant to the Associate Dean
Allison is an alumna of Longwood, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Music in 2009. While earning her degree, Allison also served in the Virginia Army National Guard as a combat medic and served one combat tour. She has been employed at Longwood since 2010. Before coming to the Associate Dean’s office, she served as the Assistant Director of Conference Services.
