If you are registering for a course that
has a pre-requisite (click
here for course descriptions) and have taken the pre-requisite course(s) at another university, you MUST
fax a
transcript documenting successful completion (a grade of C or better) in the appropriate course.
Registrations will not considered
unless appropriate pre-requisites have
been met either through our program or documented by transcript from another
university.
Registrations
for Summer 2008 must be
submitted between
March 1 and April 18, 2008.
Final registration deadline is
May 2, 2008.
NO REGISTRATIONS WILL
BE ACCEPTED AFTER
May 2.
There is a high demand for
these courses, and the earlier
you submit your registration,
the better your chance of
being enrolled in the courses.
Students will receive a letter
of confirmation of their
enrollment during the week of
May 12.
Note: You may not register for courses if
you have any outstanding payments due to the university.
Fax appropriate forms to
Peggy Turner at
434-395-4916.
-
Out-of-state students will
be placed on a wait list until 30 days before classes start. At that time,
open spaces in
courses will be filled from the wait list.
Students will receive a
letter once their registration has been processed.
-
OUT OF STATE STUDENTS:
Once you have been moved
from the wait-list to
enrolled status, you will
be notified through your
personal e-mail by Peggy
Turner (slponline@longwood.edu)
of your enrollment status. At that point, accounting
will issue a bill to you.

About 1% of Americans stutter, with boys being 3 times more likely than girls to do so. Many people who stutter have a family history of the disorder. |
