How Do I Get Started?

Complete the registration
form online, then print
and fax to Peg Turner
at 434-395-4916. If you would
like a copy of your
registration form, please
print two copies.

Virginia residents should download and complete the
Application for In-State Tuition Rates. Click here.

If you are registering for a course that
has a pre-requisite (click
here for course descriptions) and have taken the pre-requisite course(s) at another university, you MUST
fax a
transcript documenting successful completion (a grade of C or better) in the appropriate course.
Registrations will not considered
unless appropriate pre-requisites have
been met either through our program or documented by transcript from another
university.
Note: You may not register for courses if
you have any outstanding payments due to the university.

Out-of-state students will
be placed on a wait list until 30 days before classes start. At that time,
open spaces in
courses will be filled from the wait list.
Students will receive a
letter once their registration has been processed.

OUT OF STATE STUDENTS:
Once you have been moved
from the wait-list to
enrolled status, you will
be notified through your
personal e-mail by Peg
Turner (slponline@longwood.edu)
of your enrollment status. At that point, accounting
will issue a bill to you.

After you receive your
Longwood student ID,
PIN, email address and
temporary password via
US Mail, once you are
officially registered
return to this site
and
click here to
access your bill.

If you don’t receive
your secure sign-in
information via US mail
within a few days, please
call User Support Services
(Help Desk) at toll-free
877.267.7883. They operate
M-F, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Sign into
My.Longwood,
choose the Student tab
and scroll to the
financial section to
see your bill and pay
by credit card, if
desired.

Longwood sends eBills to
your Longwood email
account. Please check your
Longwood email frequently
for official notices.
Once you fax your
registration form to Peg
Turner, you owe for the
class whether you log into
the class or not.
Check the
My.Longwood system to
see your registration
status.

You must actively drop the
class January 20, 2009 to avoid
paying for the class .

classes MUST be
dropped by January
20th

NO REFUNDS are
given if you choose to
withdraw from the
class after 12 Noon on
March 2, 2009.
IMPORTANT:
A Longwood ID and password is required in order to
check billing information,
gain access to the
online course on Blackboard
and access
online databases in the
Longwood Library. Longwood email may be forwarded onto a
personal email account, if desired. However, the Longwood ID must be
activated first. (WARNING: If
Longwood email is forwarded to another account, the security of the messages
cannot be assured.)

Online courses must be
dropped on or before January

Students may withdraw with no
academic penalty
no later than March 2, 2009 at
12:00 Noon, but may not withdraw during the second half of the
course except for medical or other non-academic emergencies. |
