Prepare to Graduate
Commencement Fair
The Annual Commencement Fair will be held in the Lankford Ballroom on December 1, 2009, for August & December graduates and February 1 & 2, 2010, for all graduates, 10:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
You will be able to order announcements, academic regalia, and rings, and have a portrait sitting, as well as find out about additional services that are available.

Caps, gowns, hoods, diploma frames and graduation gifts can be ordered directly from the Barnes & Noble at Longwood Bookstore. Shipping options are available if you are not on campus.
Barnes & Noble hours are:
- Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 7 p.m.
- Saturday and Sunday, 12 noon to 5 p.m.

Photography
During Commencement, a professional photographer will take a picture of each graduate receiving his/her diploma while shaking hands with President Cormier and as they leave the stage. Chappell Studio, Inc. will send you information and prices prior to Commencement. They guarantee complete satisfaction with your photograph or you receive a full refund. Attention Graduates: Pre-register your email (and friends and family email addresses) and Graduation Images will contact you as soon as your photos are available for online viewing and ordering. You can pre-register by visiting the Chappell Photography website.
