These accommodations are available for each ceremony:
Accessible parking will be available at the lots designated below. Please note these lots will be available on a first-come, first-served basis, and disability credentials are required in your vehicle or license plate. Golf carts will be available to transport guests with mobility challenges to Wheeler Mall.

The circle drive in front of Jarman Auditorium (High St.) has been designated as an approved drop-off area.
Free shuttle service will be provided from 7:00 a.m.-9:45 a.m. and 11:30 p.m.-2:00 p.m. at the following locations:
Individuals using wheelchairs (or guests with mobility challenges) and one companion may sit in the designated area. Seating will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
The accessible seating area will open at 7:00 a.m. on the day of the ceremony.
Accessible seating is made available to assist individuals with easy access to the restroom facilities, parking area, and Disability Resources staff. Accessible seating does not guarantee close proximity to the stage.
We do not take seating reservations.
While reservations cannot be made in advance, the Office of Disability Resources will start seating in the designated disability seating at 7:00 a.m.
Seating is first-come, first-served.
Due to the limited number of seats, we will provide a seat for the person in need and a seat for a companion.
The Accessible Seating area is not shaded.
Guests requiring assistance may prefer to watch the ceremony (live-stream) in one of the climate-controlled auditoriums in consideration of the heavily congested areas on Wheeler Mall.
Graduate Ceremony, live streaming is available in Jeffers Auditorium.
Undergraduate Ceremony, live streaming is available in Jarman Hall and Upchurch Student Center.
Longwood University will offer ASL interpreting services and proximity seating for individuals with hearing impairments as needed.
