How do I arrange for special accommodations (handicapped needs, etc.) for a guest or myself?

How do I get to Longwood University?
Please go to http://www.longwood.edu/admissions/Directions.htm for directions to the University.

How many guests is each Graduate allowed?
There is no limit on the guests each graduate may have.

Where do I park?
Parking is available throughout the campus.  If you need handicapped parking, please contact Disability Support Services, 434.395.2391 or www.longwood.edu/disability, by April 20.

Where is Wheeler Mall?
Please download our printable campus map (pdf). Wheeler Mall is the grassy area in front of Wheeler residence hall (#17 on the map).

What time do I need to arrive?
Guests need to arrive early and be seated by 9:15 a.m. as the processional begins promptly at 9:30.

Where do I find restrooms during the Ceremony?
Some of the buildings on campus will be open for use of facilities.  Please look for the directional signs posted on Wheeler Mall.

How do I get close enough to the stage to get a picture?
There will be a designated area for guests to take photos of Graduates after they leave the stage.

Can I bring my pet?
Only registered service animals are permitted.  With the number of visitors on campus, we do not allow pets.
