In an effort to reach out to students, faculty, and staff, the Counseling Center provides educational programming on mental health topics of interest to the campus community.
Counseling Center staff are available to present workshops to University residence halls, classes, groups and campus clubs & organizations. The programs that have been requested in the past include: eating disorders, stress management, time management, healthy relationships, depression in college students, and orientation to the center's services. Other workshop topics are available and can be tailored for the needs of the intended audience. When making special requests, please keep in mind that additional time may be needed to develop the program.
