TESTING OF SIREN SYSTEM
Campus Police will be testing the Siren/Voice Alert system periodically over the next few weeks. The test(s) will consist of a five second tone only and will not be followed any voice message. The tests will be conducted throughout the remainder of the academic year as we make the appropriate corrections and updates to the alert system.
The 5 second tone only will always indicate a test, if a real emergency occurs which requires an alert activation, you will hear a 30 second siren followed by a message that describes the actual emergency and provides instructions.
