Admission decisions are made without regard to disabilities.  All prospective students, regardless of a disability, are expected to present academic credentials at or above the minimum standards for admission as established by the Admissions Office and The Board of Visitors.

The Admissions Office at Longwood is sensitive and knowledgeable in working with a student with a disability.  And while there are no special entrance criteria for students with disabilities, the Admissions Office will thoroughly consider an applicant who chooses to disclose their disability.

After acceptance to Longwood, students with disabilities should contact the Office of Disability Support Services to begin the process of establishing eligibility for accommodations and services.
