The Office of Diversity and Inclusion will accomplish its mission by:

• Actively promoting and sponsoring campus wide educational activities, programs and initiatives that further the plight of inclusivity, equity, social justice, and acceptance.
• Collaborating with faculty and other institutional units in designing transformative and immersive academic and co-curricular experiences grounded in social justice and cultural pluralism.
• Furthering the leadership ability of campus organizations with memberships mainly comprised of students from historically underrepresented populations, through advising, mentoring and leadership development.
• Serving as a committed and fervent ally for students who have historically experienced varying levels of environmental incongruence and oppression throughout their collegiate experience.
