2016 Thanksgiving Break: Tuesday, November 22; Halls Close at 6pm and Sunday, November 27 Halls Re-Open at 12noon!
• University-managed residential facilities are considered “closed” from 6pm on Tuesday, Nov. 22 until 12noon on Sunday, Nov. 27. Make your travel plans accordingly. (University offices will be closed Nov. 23-25.)
• Longwood managed residents, that need to remain during any portion of the Thanksgiving break period, must communicate intentions.
• Pre-deadline (before 3pm on Tuesday, Nov. 22) registration will provide uninterrupted ID card access (where applicable) and will meet communication requirements with Campus Police and other campus departments.

This checklist is to be used by those residents (main campus and apartments) who will not remain on campus during the Thanksgiving Break.
Resident Assistants (RA) are responsible for building positive, safe, and inclusive communities through educational and social programming. They serve as a resource and referral to University services. RAs are positive role models that enforce University and Residential & Commuter Life (RCL) policies.

The annual International Dinner and Iron Chef Competition is scheduled for Tuesday, November 15 at 5:30 PM in the Nance Room. The Longwood community is invited to savor delicious international food and enjoy an evening with French, German and Spanish students as they compete for the coveted Iron Chef Trophy. Auditions for "You're A Good Man, Charlie Brown" will take place over two days, November 14 & 15, with tentative Callbacks for November 16. Actors will need to be there for both Music Auditions on the 14th and Script Reading Auditions on the 15th. Actors please bring a resume to auditions. No headshot is needed.
Script Reading Auditions on the 15th begin promptly at 5:30pm in the CSTAC Main Stage Theatre.
