Session Description:Ever wonder how a chef selects items to put on a menu? Ever wonder why some foods taste better with white wine versus red wine or lager versus ale? Learn this and so much more while enjoying a beautifully prepared meal and being served a variety of tasters. (MUST BE 21 OR OLDER for this session).
