Dr. Glass and two student leaders from Therapeutic Rec will be leading a full day of therapeutic hiking. The hike may be a good fit if you're someone who is under a lot of stress and could use a day to disconnect and enjoy the great outdoors. You must be currently receiving services at CAPS to be eligible. Talk to your provider as soon as possible to determine if the hike is right for you.
