Longwood BioBlitz gives citizen scientists the opportunity to explore the biodiversity at Lancer Park. Led by Longwood science majors, BioBlitz is a hands-on field exercise in finding, identifying and recording species while learning about local wildlife and natural history. Experienced naturalists also will be on hand to assist. Bring your smartphone to report your own findings and post pictures at the Longwood BioBlitz iNaturalist project.
