Longwood's Relay for Life is an annual event that draws hundreds from the university and Heart of Virginia communities to honor and celebrate those affected by cancer and to raise funds for a cure. The all-night, community-based team event features speakers, fundraisers, activities and chances for all participants to walk laps—including cancer fighters, survivors and caregivers.
