Payroll Department 

Our office offers numerous services to the Longwood community. The department not only processes your wages, but also reports your earnings and tax withholdings - a task that is not as simple as it sounds. Why, because payroll is the one agency function where 99.9% accuracy is simply not good enough. Its operations are regulated more closely than perhaps any other agency department and scrutinized by a myriad of local, state and federal agencies, auditors, collection agents, and of course, by Longwood employees.

The Payroll Department processes three semi-monthly payrolls and one monthly student payroll totaling approximately 1300 paychecks and is responsible for leave reporting for approximately 250 classified employees.
