Health and Wellness Welcome to your graduate studies here at Longwood University! We in the Student Health and Wellness Center would like to applaud you on your decision to further your education. Here is something that we would like for you to remember: If you are a new, full-time student (this does not include continuing Longwood undergraduates), then you need to fill out a Confidential Health Record to be sent to the Health and Wellness Center. Full-time is defined as being enrolled for at least nine (9) credits. If however, you are a part-time student and would like to utilize our services then you also need to return a Confidential Health Record. These forms can be found on our website: www.longwood.edu/health/health.htm and by clicking on Immunization Forms.
