In 2011 FSL embarked on creating the 5 year strategic plan for the community with the help from consultants from t.jelke soultions. This process involved t.jelke soultions holding one on one conversations and small focus groups with various constituents as well as using both quantitative and qualitative data from the past 3-5 years. From all of this a task force came together and created this 5 year strategic plan.
