The 5-Second Stress Reliever: Lots of people clench their teeth when they're uptight. Here's an easy exercise to relax your jaw, face, and neck, courtesy of Elaine Petrone, a fitness & stress expert.

- Finally, gently close your lips.
- Repeat this exercise throughout the day. You'll soon become aware of how often your jaw clenches - and how that tightness moves tension down in to your neck & shoulders.
