  • Take a deep breath, & drop your jaw right now.
  • Next, open your mouth and exhale with a  long "haaaaaaa" sound.
  • Finally, gently close your lips.
  • Repeat this exercise throughout the day. You'll soon become aware of how often your jaw clenches - and how that tightness moves tension down in to your neck & shoulders.
