Inherently, if you are viewing this, you have the ability to see web pages, but here are a few things you may want to check.

Digital Images:  Often, digital images are used to display a concept or just emphasize a point.  Sometimes running the mouse over an image and hovering for a moment can reveal more details about an image.

Text can be placed on images to show more information about an image.  You should see an image of text and a flower.

Javascript:   Click on this link. If a message appears telling you that you have Javascript turned on, you are good to go.

If you do not see such a message from Internet Explorer, go to "Tools" then, "Internet Options".  From the main menu change to the "Security" tab and select "Custom Level".  You are now in the  "Security Settings" window.  To enable, under the "Scripting" heading near the bottom of the page, make sure "Enable" is selected under "Active scripting".  To disable, make sure "Disable" is selected under "Active scripting".   Restart the browser by closing all browser windows and re-open.  Other browsers will have similar options.
