NOTE: Students are only capable of sending emails via Blackboard, not receiving emails via Blackboard.  As a student, you will need to use WebMail to correspond via your Longwood University e-mail address.  Be sure that your attachments contain your name and that you have saved and closed the file.  Attached files will not be received as intended if the file is too large, contains a virus, or if the file does not have a three letter extension (Ex: .doc for Word documents, .ppt for PowerPoint, .xls for Excel), which may be more of an issue for students using a Macintosh.

It is YOUR responsibility to ensure attachments and e-mail messages arrive at the assigned date and time.
