Due to the ever-increasing amount of on-campus mail being handled by the Longwood University Post Office, we are asking that everyone please use the guidelines below when preparing mail to be delivered on campus. Failure to do so could result in delays of delivery and/or return to sender. Each piece must be:

• No smaller than a post card (3 1/2" x 5")
• No larger than an average envelope (4" x 9")
• Tri-folded if a single sheet notice
• Dated
• Free of candy or other articles on the outside of the envelope
• Full-size (no cut-outs)
• Addressed with complete name, correct box number, and return address
• Placed in box number order if more than 20 pieces

NOTE: Commuter students do not have P.O. Boxes. Their mail may be sent c/o the Commuter Student Lounge, Lankford, or to their home address.
