Configuring Outlook on Exchange

Select Tools>>E-Mail Accounts>>Add a new e-mail account>>Next

Select Microsoft Exchange Server>>Next

Type in name of Microsoft Exchange Server:  terrier.longwood.edu

Check box for Use Cached Exchange Mode

Type in name of the mailbox at User Name:  Last Name, First Name

Select More Settings Button and make sure they are set as shown below:

General Tab                                      Advanced Tab                                Security Tab

Connection Tab                                Remote Mail

After reviewing the setting above click Apply>>OK>>Next>>Finish
