Live Mail (Students Only)
Students use Live Mail to manage thier Longwood email. Live Mail is a full-service email system from Microsoft. The student email address format is the first and last name (separated by a dot) @live.longwood.edu, e.g., john.doe@live.longwood.edu. In the event of duplicates, numbers are assigned at the end of the name, e.g., john.doe2@live.longwood.edu.

Entourage (Faculty/Staff Only)
Mac users should use Entourage as their email client, it is Microsoft's MAC version of Outlook but the programs are very different. View the Entourage Training PDF for information on how to send and receive messages and other general questions.
Setting Up A Vacation Email Message
Need to set-up a vacation email message? No problem, select which email client you're using:
Email Quota
The amount of e-mail and attachments that you have stored on the email server are subject to a quota amount. Students have 10 GB of quota while faculty/staff have 250 MB of quota. Messages (to include messages that you have sent) and attachments contribute to your quota size. The maximum size for a single email message (for both sending and receiving) is 20 MB.
Check Your Quota
To check your quota status in Outlook Web Access (OWA), simply point to your name displayed at the top of the folder list.
